How did Harrisburg University of Science and Technology Spend money in 2009?

The most recent public financial statements available are for 2009. What happened in 2009? Most notably for students, tuition was increased by $3250.00.  The school really needed that money, right? So they spent it responsibly, right? You decide.

Lobbying.

$273,240 to recruit new students. That's about $3500 per student.

Almost $72,000 in bonus for officers. Raise tuition, get a bonus?

  1. Looks like they still had some money left over from the tuition increase for catered lunches on the 14th floor! Don't want Mel to go without his tiramisu!
