Any day now...

"[University President] Schiavelli said the university’s current projections show it will become fully financially sustainable within one more fiscal year, and that Harrisburg University is tracking close to enrollment projections..." Patriot News May 25, 2012.

"[Eric Darr, HU's current President] said he believed the university would be in a positive position financially in the next 12 to 18 months." Patriot-News, May 9, 2013

Shocking!

In a stunning move that surprised everyone no one, the HU Board of Trustees did a prolonged national search to find the right candidate has once again failed the school.  They appointed Eric Darr to be President of the University. Can you imagine trying to find a real college President to take over at HU? They might get one that is interested in (and qualified in) education instead of real estate development.

Check out this post I wrote last year regarding Darr's questionable qualifications.

I guess I should finish that complaint to HU's  accrediting body...

Hi Gang! How ya' been?

Sorry, I didn't post since December. I've been laying low since I get tired writing about all the BS at HU.  I decided to take a break for the holidays and never came back to the blog. My bad, sorry.

Recently an article appeared on the Penn Live website:

"Dismiss ex-professor's lawsuit, Harrisburg University leaders ask federal judge"

So I guess that cat's out of the bag!

Thanks for all the support. I did get your emails and I'll look into those things soon. I do have some further info that needs some investigation, I'll post when I get back into the swing of things. Be well!

And students that invest $20K a year (much of it in government-backed loans or grants) have a right to know if their institution is acting in their best interest." -From my first post.
